    The wings are amazing, but that's where it ends. I really enjoy the wings but its everything else that disappoints, the tables have trash and crumbs, the ice for the soda dispensers doesn't work, dispensers are also out of coke.This is a usual lunch spot due to the good wings but I think I might just go to a different location.

    Food was good, probably bc we were hungry bc of the... long wait ( mins for the food to arrive), then got our order wrong (gave us another order of Parmesan instead of our BBQ wings, which we didn't care by then, we just wanted to eat), and the guy at the register wasn't really professional w/ the way he was standing or asking about sides.Plus, you're going to smell like fried chicken when you get home. (Didn't seem smokey though.) I thought one only smells like their food after Korean BBQ...

    Staff may actually be special needs! Couldn’t read service dog on my wife’s service dog vest, proceeded to say “no pets” then we further clarified she’s a service dog and she had to ask someone else who then also asked if it was a service dog. Then after that they are still mandating masks for vaccinated people and referred to the outdated sign on the door that % of stores still have since the vaccine update. Currently in the Colma WingStop with Zero issues, probably why they have better reviews as well!

    it took forever for my chicken. I waited over an hour. I've been in the restaurant business for years. they need to learn how to stop bottle necks by not keep taking orders and get the orders tickets that are piling up out first. people where holding up phones asking for they food. tickets being waved. shouting cussing. they definitely need more staff on busy nights.
